The Scott Valley Film Coalition serves as a leader in the community in providing professional training and support to the local workforce. Drawing on the diverse skills available, the Coalition conducts classes and seminars designed to elevate a student’s understanding, appreciation and respect for each and every production operating in the area. Siskiyou Film School Documentary Production Workshop

June 18 – 24, 2017

This course is designed so that you can come to one class or all of them!

All you need to do is RSVP by May 1, 2017, and we will save your spot.

(No need to RSVP for green classes — those are open to the community).

If you want to attend the entire week and complete a short film, please contact for an application. The full course will give you an overview of all aspects of documentary filmmaking, and you will have a chance to work on your own project.
